Cancellation Policy

Deposit Requirement: A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This ensures we can cover our time in case of cancellations. Without this deposit, we cannot guarantee your appointment spot. Rescheduling: You may reschedule at no additional charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Evening Appointments: Appointments scheduled for 6 PM or later will incur an additional $50 charge. Late Policy: If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, a $30 late fee will be applied. Courtesy Notification: A courtesy call and email will be sent if you are running late. Please ensure we have reliable contact information on file. Hair Preparation: Please arrive with your hair washed and blow-dried. Booking: Appointments must be booked according to the available slots on the calendar.
